Festival Details
Date & Time: Saturday, May 16, 2026 | 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Weather Reschedule: Sunday, May 17, 2026
Location: Seminary Park, 350 S. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN, and surrounding areas

Booth Fees: Standard Booth $375 | Trailer/Cart Etc 12 ft - 19 ft $550 | Trailer over 20 ft. $750
Refunds: Available until March 15, 2026; after this date, payments are non-refundable
Event Hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (vendors must remain open until closing)
Set-Up: Begins at 6:00 am (assigned times provided); must be complete by 9:00 am
Tear-Down: May begin after 4:00 pm; vendors must vacate by 6:00 pm
Weather: Rain or shine (see policy below)
Space Reservation
Booth spaces are assigned by the festival committee to ensure a balanced mix of vendor categories.
Requests for corner or multiple spaces will be considered but are not guaranteed.
Vendors must be fully set up by 9:00am and must stay the full duration of the festival.
Booth Specifications & Costs
Standard Booth (10’x10’): $375
Trailer 12 -19 ft. (including hitch): $550
Trailer/Food Truck over 20 ft.: $750
No electrical or water hookups provided.
Tents must be secured with weights only (stakes prohibited).
Payment Schedule
Vendor Fee: Invoiced in February, due March 1, 2026.
Payment Options: Debit, credit (+3% fee), bank transfer, or check
Refunds
Vendor fees (deposit + balance) are refundable until March 15, 2026.
After March 15th, all payments are non-refundable.
Restrictions
The Indiana Peony Festival conducts its own fundraising through peony plant and root sales. Vendors may not sell peony plants or roots.
Compliance
Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Food vendors must follow Hamilton County Health Department rules.
Alcohol vendors must comply with Indiana Alcohol and Beverage Commission requirements.
Sales Tax
All plants, flowers, and non-food items sold in Indiana are subject to sales tax.
Vendors must obtain a Registered Retail Merchant Certificate.
Insurance & Indemnification
Food and product vendors must carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
Certificates of Insurance must be submitted upon approval of your application (email: ipfkateh@gmail.com | mail: 306 Baywood Court, Noblesville, IN 46062).
Vendors are responsible for damages, accidents, or unsafe goods within their designated booth space.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiana Peony Festival Inc., the City of Noblesville, and their employees/volunteers.
Weather Policy
The festival is held rain or shine unless severe weather is forecasted.
Severe weather reschedule date: Sunday, May 17, 2026.
If cancelled both days, vendor fees will be credited toward 2027.
