It’s the “Year of the Sarah”! Inspired by the iconic Sarah Bernhardt peony, this year’s charm celebrates one of the most timeless and beloved peony varieties—known for its classic beauty, soft layers, and unforgettable presence.
Over the years, we’ve witnessed birthdays, girls trips, engagements, and so many other special moments at the festival. We wanted to create something peony lovers could collect and grow with through the years, much like our festival itself. A piece that holds memories from each season and becomes part of your story.

This year’s charm is a hand-enameled sterling silver peony, created locally by Smith’s Jewelers to commemorate the 2026 festival.

New this year, Smith’s Jewelers is also offering a gold version of the Sarah Bernhardt charm, along with personalization on the back for an added meaningful touch.
Alongside the charm, necklace and bracelet options are available, giving you the ability to wear or build your collection in a way that fits you.
Charm and package options range from $50–$175, depending on metal choice and chain or bracelet selection.
Not only are you supporting a local small business, but a portion of charm sales will be donated back to the Indiana Peony Festival.
When & Where to Purchase
The 2026 Sarah Bernhardt commemorative charm is available for a limited time this spring, now through May 16, 2026.
This one-of-a-kind charm will be available for purchase throughout peony season and at festival events, including Peonies in the Park and on festival day.
